Feel yourself again with this one 1 hour class designed to relieve stress. Slow stretches and breath-work combined with gentle flow to leave you feeling rested and revived.
This class is designed for all levels and bodies including complete beginners so everyone is VERY welcome.
You will need to bring your own mat to the class. It is also recommended that you bring along a blanket for comfort and warmth in the relaxation.

Shake off your week with 60 minutes of energising flow yoga with Becky. This faster paced class combines breath and movement as we flow around our mats.
Build strength, improve flexibility and leave feeling energised and ready to take on the rest of the week.
This class is designed for all levels but please do note the pace is faster. Those with mobility issues may find one of the Gentle Yoga with Becky sessions more appropriate. Feel free to message if you are unsure. I am always happy to chat.

A beautiful mix of stretching, breath-work and meditation to transition into your evening and prepare you for a deep and restful sleep.
Accompanied by soft music and fairy lights.
