Move by candlelight through a slow, intentional flow that builds depth, strength, and connection in the body. This class balances effort with ease, creating space to release tension while still feeling deeply worked.
A chance to switch off, soften, and settle into a calmer, more grounded state—leaving you feeling restored.
This class is designed for all levels and bodies including complete beginners so everyone is VERY welcome.
You will need to bring your own mat to the class. It is also recommended that you bring along a blanket for comfort and warmth in the relaxation.
